We represent the interests of black developing and commercial grain farmers in South Africa

Programmes

Commercialisation and enterprise development: We aim to develop and commercialise black farmers through comprehensive commercialisation and enterprise development initiatives. By providing access to essential resources, training, and support, we strive to empower farmers to become successful and sustainable agribusiness entrepreneurs. Our initiatives focus on enhancing their productivity, market access, and financial management skills, ultimately contributing to the economic growth and development of rural communities

Agro-logistics and mechanisation solutions: We provide
agro-logistics and mechanization solutions to farmers. Our objective is to enhance farm productivity and efficiency by offering these solutions. We collaborate with various partners to arrange logistics, farm mechanisation, and equipment. Additionally, we facilitate the establishment of mechanisation hubs and storage facilities in regions with a high concentration of farmers

Agro-processing
Our agro-processing initiative is dedicated to promoting the active participation of black farmers in integrated value chains. By fostering inclusion and providing essential resources, we aim to empower black farmers to engage more effectively in the agricultural sector.

Training and capacity building
We empower farmers with the necessary knowledge and advanced technology to
enhance their farming operations and business ventures. By providing education and access to modern agricultural tools
and practices, we help these farmers increase productivity, improve efficiency, and achieve greater economic
sustainability. Our approach includes offering training programs, workshops, and resources that focus on the latest
agricultural techniques, sustainable farming practices, and business management skills.

Syndicate groups
The main objective of the syndicate groups is to provide timely information to farmers. Our provincial coordinators and agronomists regularly meet with farmers in different regions to discuss contemporary topics in various
areas of agriculture relevant to their farming practices. These syndicate groups play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where farmers can gain valuable insights and knowledge.
